    Drop in your SCORM archive. It is unpacked, checked and immediately playable — including as a preview, before anyone is enrolled.

    Create the session, invite

    Compose the path in the order you want, add learners one at a time, by group, or by CSV. They get their invitation by email.

    Track, nudge, certify

    Progress comes back live, latecomers are reminded on their own, and the certificate goes out the moment the path is complete.

The questions we get asked.

How are learners counted?

The counter holds the distinct people who were enrolled in at least one session, or signed in, over the last rolling twelve months. A person counts once regardless of how many courses they take, and leaves twelve months after their last enrolment or sign-in. Admin and trainer accounts never count, and the number of registered learners stays unlimited.

What happens if I go past my tier?

Nothing is blocked — not a session, not a certificate. The billed tier simply follows your activity, with on-screen notice such as “140 seats left before the next tier”, and it comes back down on its own to your subscribed tier when the counter drops.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Paying monthly can be cancelled at any time: billing stops at the end of the current month, with no pro rata. Paying for the year upfront stays a choice, rewarded with two months free.

Can my learners create their own accounts?

No, by design: learner and trainer accounts are created by the training organization, which sends the invitation by email. Self-service sign-up is reserved for organizations opening their own space.

Can I host Studeva on my own servers?

Yes. Self-hosted installations are quoted individually, deployment support included. Get in touch to discuss it.
