1. Purpose
These terms of use (the “Terms of use”) set the rules for using the Studeva platform, published by Studeva, a société par actions simplifiée, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, RCS Paris 131 961 583 (“Studeva”).
They apply to anyone who uses the platform in an organisation's space: learner, trainer or administrator (the “User”). The organisation that gave you access (the “Organisation”) is Studeva's customer; its relationship with Studeva is governed by the terms of sale.
By using the platform, you accept the Terms of use.
2. Access to the platform
Your account is created by the Organisation, or at its invitation. It decides your role, the sessions and content you can access, and how long that access lasts. For any question about your training, contact it first.
The platform is available online, with an up-to-date browser and an Internet connection, the costs of which remain yours.
3. Account and credentials
- Your credentials are personal: do not share them and do not let anyone take a course in your place. The platform's records (time spent, results, certificates) may serve as evidence of your training.
- Choose a strong password used only for Studeva. If your Organisation has enabled sign-in through its directory (single sign-on), its rules apply.
- If you think someone else is using your account, change your password and inform your Organisation or contact@studeva.fr.
4. Rules of use
You agree to use the platform for its purpose, training, and in particular not to:
- publish unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- try to access data or spaces that are not open to you;
- disrupt the platform: mass requests, malicious code, circumventing security measures;
- extract content automatically, or copy, distribute or resell it outside the platform.
5. Content
The training modules, documents and other content made available to you belong to the Organisation or to their authors. You may view them for your training; any other use requires their permission.
You remain responsible for what you publish on the platform: answers, messages, complaints, attachments. This content is accessible to the Organisation.
The platform, its code and the Studeva brand belong to Studeva. The Terms of use only give you a personal right to use them, for as long as you have access.
6. Availability
Studeva strives to keep the platform available at all times, without being able to guarantee it. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or in case of an incident.
7. Personal data
Your training data (identity, enrolments, progress, results, certificates) is processed on behalf of the Organisation, which is the controller; Studeva acts as processor, under the data processing agreement. To access, correct or delete your data, contact the Organisation; if you write to Studeva, your request is forwarded to it.
An account with no sign-in for fifty-six (56) weeks is anonymised, after two email reminders. The cookies used and the data Studeva processes on its own behalf are described in the privacy policy.
8. Suspension and end of access
The Organisation may deactivate or delete your account at any time. Studeva may suspend an account that breaches the Terms of use or threatens the platform's security, after informing the Organisation. Your access also ends when the Organisation stops using Studeva.
9. Liability
Studeva provides the platform; the content of the training, its organisation and its validation are the Organisation's responsibility. Studeva is not liable for content published by the Organisation or by Users, nor for the consequences of use contrary to the Terms of use.
10. Changes to the Terms of use
Studeva may change the Terms of use, in particular as the platform evolves. The version in force is dated and published on this page; in case of a significant change, Users are informed in the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after being informed constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
The Terms of use are governed by French law. For any question or complaint: contact@studeva.fr. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, under the conditions provided by law.
